POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Business Systems Analyst at YESS intentionally fosters a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.
The Business Systems Analyst will complete configuration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Trackign System (ATS) for YMCA associations onboarding to YESS HR services.
This roles primary focus will be on understanding and aligning each associations requirements with the share services offerings, configuring the HRIS, and partnering with the YESS Implementation team to ensure a successful and seamless implementation process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.
Collaborates with onboarding YMCA associations and YESS Implementation team to gather and analyze business requirements, process flows, and data needs for HRIS and ATS configuration.
2.
Configures the HRIS and ATS to align with YESS HR offerings and onboarding YMCA association's specific HR processes, policies, and requirements while prioritizing efficiency and scalability of the share services model.
3.
Oversees data migration activities, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, dual maintenance and validation.
4.
Oversees and conducts system testing, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
5.
Delivers system configuration documentation and employee conversation audits for local association validation.
6.
In partnership with the YESS Implementation team, proactively identifies risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the implementation process and develops mitigation strategies.
7.
Provides guidance and training to local association contacts on HRIS functionalities, best practices, and system usage.
8.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues, collaborating with technical teams to resolve system-related problems.
9.
Continuously contributes to process improvement initiatives and shares knowledge and expertise within the HR team.
10.
Stays up to date with UKG releases and system enhacements put in place by the HR Technology operations team.
11.
Creates internal training tools and process manuals and trains appropriate team members on system updates and modifications.
12.
Ensures confidentiality and security of sensitive data and reports including personnel data, subscriber personal data and financial data.
13.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years professional level IT/HRIS experience.
Experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Management a plus.
Experience implementing HRIS/ATS projects Intermediate or higher skill level in Microsoft Excel.
Skills in problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, and to train and instruct users.
YMCA Leader certification preferred.

This position offers a base salary of $61,500.00 up to $82,000.00 Final salary is determined by required qualifications, experience, and education for this role.
