Duties Provide business support to Code JO Aviation Operations Management Office at Ames Research Center. Support Range Safety Management: including risk management activities, organizational requirements, training, data analysis, and reporting/proficiency requirements Track and evaluate personnel performing safety critical tasks, including documentation on proficiency requirements. Provide user training and support Data testing and sustainment: including data clean-up, resolving discrepancies, managing document libraries and budgets throughout a project/mission life cycle. Prepare various reports and compliance documentation. Prepare, coordinate, and submit badging and visit requests Support travel request requirements and other logistical support as needed. Support records management in accordance with NASA directives. Assist with p-card purchases. Travel may be required on occasion. Qualifications High school diploma and 3 years experience in a business related field. 4 years of college-level course work can be substituted for experience. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Access). 3 years experience in specialize business systems such as SAP, JIRA, Windchill, Smart Sheet, etc. Ability to work independently with little guidance. If required, employees must be able to operate a motor vehicle which may require sitting for prolonged periods of time to visit other company sites. This position may require an employee to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance, reach, push, and pull. The employee may also be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
