Business Tax Specialist

As a Business Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers, helping them navigate the complexities of business tax laws.
With a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, you will utilize your strong communication skills and extensive tax knowledge to assist customers with their tax returns, using state-of-the-art video communication software.
In addition to managing complex business tax returns, you will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of one of our newest product offerings, TurboTax Live Business.
This is a virtual, customer-facing role, and a dedicated hardwired internet connection in a quiet location is required.

Key responsibilities include providing tax advice, full-service business return preparation, handling product/software inquiries, tax calculations, and filing tax extensions.
You will create high-quality customer interactions, utilize professional resources to deliver accurate information, and document customer interactions.
Additionally, you will work towards meeting company key performance metrics and goals, participate in pilot testing and projects as needed, and maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and success.
