What you'll do: We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Business Unit Lead - Core to drive growth across NinjaTrader's core products and services.
As the Business Unit Lead for Core Growth, you will help define and lead the growth strategy for our brokerage and investment products, working cross-functionally with teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and more to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business results.
In this role you will: Manage to monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs for NinjaTrader's core business unitDrive results by managing the prioritization of Product and Engineering deliverables to optimize NinjaTrader's core business revenue, operations, and growthHelp define and execute a strategic growth agenda for NinjaTrader's core offerings through a customer-obsessed lens, leveraging customer feedback and industry research to deliver a differentiated value proposition to our usersPartner with Marketing to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagementCollaborate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to establish efficient operating workflows and service standards that ensure exceptional customer experiencesProactively identify and mitigate potential risks by partnering with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standardsFoster partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless operations and innovative solutionsStay ahead of industry trends and continuously explore new strategies and innovative technologies that will enhance our user experience for customersWhat you'll need:10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in online brokerage, wealth management, digital banking, or a closely related businessDemonstrated experience in a leadership role with full accountability for business (P&L) results, customer experience, and strategic growth initiativesStrong strategic mindset with the ability to navigate the competitive landscape, innovate, and execute against KPIsStrong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authorityExceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategic visions and business results to senior audiencesProven ability to evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate contracts, and manage external partnershipsDeep passion for fixing issues, understanding customer pain points, and driving measurable improvements in the customer experienceLow ego, high EQ, and strong work ethicCompensation: The salary range for this role will be $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 USD.
In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of up to 18%.
Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).
Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader.
NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions.
Annual PTO allowance for this role is 20 days per year plus seven paid holidays.
