Job-Specific Expectations
Purchase a minimum of 12 vehicles per month.
Process all required documentation to purchase a vehicle.
Add purchased units into the store's inventory using DMS.
Make outbound calls, text messages and emails to generate appointments, appraisals, and purchases.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
Set 50 appointments monthly, purchase a minimum of 12 vehicles monthly.
Utilize CRM for communication with customers as required.
Train, encourage and coach new Acquisition Team Members.
Develop relationships with guest and lead them through the acquisition process.
Follow up with customers after the acquisition process.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
Maintains professional appearance.
Maintain and Average Response Time of 10 minutes or less.
Complete an average of 100 Outbound Activities (calls, texts, emails) per day.
Log every activity in CRM with supporting notes.
Follow all Documented Buy Center and Appraisal Processes
Attend all Required Meetings
Other duties as assigned.
