Must have active state license
BC or BE required
Weekdays, Days, No call
BLS required
Approximately 21 patients per day
Standard primary care procedures - IUD/NEXPLANON insertion/removal, punch biopsy, injection
Credentialing needed
DEA needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
