Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm Currently starting at $20 per hour based on experience Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Cabinetry Sales Coordinator. This role is a part of our Kitchen Art Cabinetry division and will serve as support for our production builder accounts, which consist of multi-year communities.
Responsibilities: Review and interpret 20/20 drawings. Attain and review appliance specs for design function and installation. Assist with quotes, cost worksheets, and bids for sales designer. Assist in resolving day-to-day problems with field and operations. Discuss product issues with customers and assist in resolving. Prepare service paperwork for service technicians. Be knowledgeable and familiar with manufacturer specification manuals. Placement, tracking, and reviewing of part orders and service materials in the system. Qualifications: Prior experience in the cabinet or construction industry is preferred. Prior customer service experience highly preferred. Ability to interpret 20/20 Design or similar CAD program for kitchen and bath designs. Working knowledge of Windows operating system. Proficient use of computer systems such as Microsoft Office and web-based data systems. Ability to function effectively without daily oversight from management. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Demonstrates attention to detail coupled with organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. At Ferguson, we care for each other. Pay Range: $15.00 - $27.50
