Tesla Energy is looking for an organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual to own CAD administration, BOM management, and product lifecycle management for Tesla Energy.
You'll be working daily with the engineers who design revolutionary energy products like the Tesla Megapack, Powerwall, and Supercharger.
You'll play a critical role as the interface between engineering, program management, NPI, and manufacturing, helping to facilitate design and process changes.
We're looking for someone who can self-organize and prioritize, work efficiently, and pay close attention to detail.
This job will have a multiplicative effect on the efficiency and output of the engineering department.

Responsibilities Organize, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for products within Tesla Energy's CAD and PLM systems Self-organize requests and triage priorities Collaborate with factory stakeholders across North America, Europe, and China to manage change implementation Communicate updates and manage product changes across multiple departments Learn about Tesla's products, departments, tools, and processes Develop new change management processes to make Tesla more efficient and productive Requirements Knowledge and experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, particularly in a manufacturing setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to PLM Experience working with CAD software, ideally CATIA or 3DExperience A natural tendency toward self-organization, prioritization, and task management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders The ability to learn and adapt to new products, tools, teams, or processes quickly and effectively Compensation and Benefits

$72,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
