Summary We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Revit/CAD Support team members to join our growing team. As a team member in CAD support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient creation of plumbing-related design and fabrication drawings. You will collaborate with our detailing and fabrication teams to produce top-quality pre-fabrication spool drawings, shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD, and provide continuous training to our staff in these areas. Key Responsibilities: Produce shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Setup project files, drawings, sheets, models, views, layouts, etc., as applicable for project team needs. Produce AutoCAD or Revit sketches. Provide additional support to the project team. Update CAD/BIM files for use in MEP design or detailing drawings. Troubleshoot and address issues with CAD and Revit models and project files. Produce drawings consistent with instruction, guidelines, and CAD/BIM standards. Download all drawings and manage the activity of receipt and disbursement. Produce spool sheets for fabrication. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures. Knowledge of drawings and the ability to read floor plans, sections, elevations, and specifications. Basic drafting skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates Ability for Collaborative Teamwork. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff, and the Project Team. Demonstrate skills in organizing and evaluating information and proactively finding solutions. Desired Computer Skills in the following Software: AutoCAD 2021 or greater. Revit 2021 or greater. NavisWorks 2021 or greater. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word. Bluebeam. BIM 360. Cloud-based file structures. Familiarity with any other relevant software would be a plus. Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
