We are currently looking for a Full Time Cafe Manager to join our Cultural Center Cafe team located at the Chickasaw Cultural Center.
Summary:
Responsible for caf daily operations and customer support for quality foods and service, customer satisfactions and profitability.
Supervise all staff, shift supervisor and caf assistant manager as well as provide support in coordinating banquets, caters and special functions.
Responsible for all administrative duties and follows OEH and CNC guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Manage cafe' team.
* Monitor food consumption for inventory replacement.
* Work with vendors and distributors to receive quality food at reasonable cost.
* Oversee the kitchen and ordering supplies.
* Inspect equipment and food deliveries.
* Monitor food preparation and cleaning methods.
* Continually create "Chickasaw-inspired" dishes.
* Ensure that cafe meets safety and quality regulations.
* Ensure visitor satisfaction.
* Cater special events as booked.
* Ensure efficient daily operations.
* Work with other division directors and managers to coordinate CCC events, activities and operations.
* Ensure dining area is clean and sanitary at all times.
* Ensure proper training of staff is conducted as needed.
* Ensure staff is aware of any changes in health codes and regulations.
* Performs all other duties as assigned
