Job Description: Lead the team, ensuring food is made accurately and delivered to customers in a timely manner. In charge of shifts and delegating tasks. Show exemplary knowledge of the job and provide excellent customer service. Address customer complaints politely, ensuring customer satisfaction. Accept deliveries, verifying completeness and correctness, issuing refunds when necessary. Communicate with managers/owners regarding inventory status, delivery timeliness, and low stock items. Check daily petty cash and visit the bank for change if needed. Restock the register nightly with the correct change. Provide feedback to managers/owners on employees' strengths, weaknesses, and dependability. Manage the break schedule, ensuring employees arrive on time and take appropriate breaks. Attend management meetings. Communicate new ideas to managers/owners, including methods to improve efficiency and safety, and new recipe ideas. Assist with interviews, evaluations, and training. Assist with marketing and sales efforts. Memorize training material and explain the health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat manner. Keep the front lobby and outside area clean, checking every 15 minutes. Provide excellent customer service, being positive, polite, and informative, while giving accurate wait times. Assist guests at the register, answer phone calls, and take orders over the phone. Have thorough knowledge of food and recipes, following recipes to prepare food in a timely and sanitary manner. Prep food according to proper procedures. Continuously clean the kitchen and lobby. Put away deliveries and maintain organization. Wash dishes and store them appropriately. Communicate with staff to ensure all orders are made correctly and promptly. Deliver food to customers. Inform managers about the schedule and request days off in a timely manner. Report to work on time and take appropriate breaks. Complete all opening and closing duties. Perform additional tasks as requested by your manager. Follow sanitation guidelines. Stock and rotate food items. Adhere to safety procedures. Practice cost-cutting measures. Work collaboratively as a team member. Monitor food quality. Handle special circumstances as needed. Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers. Requirements: Become food certified. Ability to handle basic computer tasks and operate a POS system; manage cash and credit card transactions. Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements. Must be able to stand for long periods, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and maintain a sense of urgency. Maintain a clean and appropriate personal appearance. Come to work with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others. Demonstrate leadership abilities.
