Responsibilities

Our Firm is currently in a high-growth period, we are looking for an eager attorney to jump in and assist our law Firm in reviewing legal documents in a high-volume environment.
Work from headquarters located in Bellevue, WA Make regular remote court appearances on behalf of our clients Conduct legal research and writing Review and approve pleadings and correspondence Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial Qualifications Required Education - JD Actively barred in: California Actively barred in additional states (where firm is actively practicing, listed above) Knowledge of Debt Collection Regulations in California Knowledge of Federal Debt Collection Regulations Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday License/Certification: CA Bar (Required) Work Location: In person
