Job Summary:As a Call Center Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing timely and accurate information.Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, policies, and account-related questions.Resolve issues effectively, escalating complex cases to senior support when necessary.Problem Resolution Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer complaints and issues.Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.Data Management Accurately record and update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.Maintain call records, feedback, and customer issues for future reference and analysis.Product Knowledge Stay updated on the company's products, services, and promotions.Provide accurate information and guidance to customers about the features and benefits of our offerings.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
