Call Center Agent

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Salary range: $18 - $24 per hour.
Responsibilities
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concernsDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportCall clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policiesGuide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or servicesReview customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account itemsCollaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer serviceHelp to train new employees and inform them about the company's customer management policies Requirements:
Experience in dealing with the public.Excellent communication skills, including verbal with proper grammar.Ability to work with others in a close manner.Good computer skills.Good multi-tasking skills.Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies. Benefits:
