Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: 100% Onsite in Saint Paul
Hours: M-F 9:30am-6pm
Pay: $18-$22/hour
Responsibilities: Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers who have recently received service, ensuring satisfaction and identifying any need for further assistance from a manager. Use a provided script to gauge customer satisfaction and determine if additional support is required. Answer incoming calls, provide information, schedule appointments, and collect customer information. Offer accurate estimates for service costs and timelines for necessary repairs. Properly document all customer interactions and service details. Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism, striving to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional attention to detail. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment.
