Call Center Agent - Remote

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-notch service solutions to our valued customers on a daily basis. You'll engage in outbound calls tailored to each program or project, utilizing the tools provided to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. Upholding the highest standards of integrity towards both the company and our customers, you'll operate within established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient typing and accurate data entry
Identifying opportunities for upselling products and services
Scheduling appointments in a customer-centric approach
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of campaign offerings, services, and promotions
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of Call Center experience, including proficiency with automatic dialers and call scripting
Professional and engaging communication skills with a clear and friendly voice
Strong interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, and effective communication
Excellent attendance record and punctuality
Sales experience is advantageous
High School diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with outbound environments
Work-From-Home Requirements:
PC/Laptop with Windows 10 operating system (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets not compatible)
Stable high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
USB-connected headset
Webcam
Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions like pets and children
