**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:**
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers efficiently and with empathy, addressing inquiries related to product services, order status, product availability, and account management.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and assist in resolving technical issues related to our products and services.

- **Data Management:**
- Accurately document and update customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all information is current and reflective of the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

- **Problem-Solving:**
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, employing strong listening skills and conflict resolution techniques.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining communication with and providing updates to the customer.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance the customer service experience, sharing insights and best practices.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve service strategies and product knowledge.

- **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive customer information.

**Requirements:**

- **Education and Experience:**
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resilient: Able to manage stress effectively and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Dedicated: Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and support to customers.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Adaptability: Capability to adjust to changes in workload, customer needs, or company policies with a positive attitude.
- Time Management: Skillful in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines efficiently.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
