**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Problem Solving**: Resolve customer issues by applying effective decision-making skills to analyze situations and offer viable solutions in a timely manner.
- **Information Management**: Maintain accurate customer records in our database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- **Policy and Claims Assistance**: Guide customers through the process of understanding their insurance policies and provide relevant information on claims procedures.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all interactions meet company quality standards by following established protocols and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance workflow and improve overall customer experience.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends to better serve our customers and contribute to team goals.
- **Feedback and Improvement**: Provide constructive feedback on processes and customer interactions, helping to identify areas for improvement within the call center operations.

**Requirements:**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center setting.
