Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Jabil Circuit in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service and support, resolve customer inquiries and issues, and promote customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database- Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times- Assist in special projects or additional tasks as needed

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong time management and organizational skills- Reliable and punctual- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required- Must be eligible to work in the United States- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
