JOB SUMMARY The Call Center Associate reports directly to the Call Center Manager and ensures our customers and patients receive accurate information and excellent customer service via phone, chat, or video. Part Time Dispensary Associate - Call Center works between 15-29 hours a week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound calls, chats, and schedule outbound video consultations for patients and customers. Stay up to date on call center trends, market trends and other industry-specific developments. Proven ability to work in a stressful and demanding environment that receives up to 200+ inbound calls daily. Proven ability to handle difficult or emotional situations, respond promptly to patient/customer needs, respond to requests for service and assistance, and meet commitments. JOB REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or general education degree (GED), associate degree or higher preferred. 2+ years of experience in a call center or contact center environment. Experience working with medical cannabis or healthcare organizations is preferred. Experience with call center trends and technology, such as Zendesk, Calendy, Zoom, etc. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Cannabis experience required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Exceptional customer service skills. Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic. Understanding of applicable state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes, and organizational rules, regulations, directives, and standard operating procedures. Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry. Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation. Must have excellent organization and time management skills. Must be focused and detail-oriented. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
