Call Center Consultants assist members and potential members with their quests in a Contact Center environment. They accurately describe available member services, respond to problems, and direct contacts to the appropriate areas of the Credit Union when required while accurately recording information in computer systems that record member activity.
Job Responsibilities: Assists members and potential members with their inquiries received by phone, Banno Conversations or e-mail in the Contact Center; answers questions regarding products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers issues that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with their recommended solutions.Identifies and presents to members suitable products to enhance the membership experience and member's financial well-being.Ensures the appropriate records are maintained in the credit union's systems and prepares reports as needed.Supports departments outside of the Member Contact Center as needed such as Digital Services, Lending, and Asset Recovery.Performs other job-related duties required or assigned.Prerequisites: Must be able to work Saturday hours.One year to three years of similar or related experience.A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.A higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.Excellent listening and telephone skills.This is a hybrid position; employees must be available to work on-site 1-3 days a week.1st United Services Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Hourly wages range from $20.00 to $37.00 per hour depending on experience. Wages listed are for grades 6 through 8.
