TITLE: Customer Center Specialist
LOCATION: Renton, WA
SHIFT: Day, Swing, and evening shifts available
PAY: $26 - $34/hr.
TYPE: Contract/Contract to Hire

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Customer Center Specialist for an leading fleet vehicle manufacturing company.
This role will deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying and deploying resources.

Answer incoming calls in a timely manner determining and deploying the appropriate service resource.Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers.Documents thorough details of each accident and its activities.
Collaborate with various team members simultaneously to ensure that appropriate actions are being pursued.Provide feedback to dealers, customers, and appropriate internal teams.
Support service scheduling and contract maintenance for vehicles.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFCATIONS
Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing, preferredAt least one year of demonstrated customer service experienceExcellent communication skills and demonstrated emotional intelligenceProven ability to deal rationally with customers in high pressure situationsReasonable mechanical aptitude (specific vehicle knowledge desirable)Good organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritizeSelf-starter who is effective working under limited supervisionAbility to work a flexible shift including nights, weekends, and/or holidays BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (Spanish, French or Punjabi) a plus but not requiredExperience with Salesforce or other CRM experience desiredWHY AVERRO?
