Deliver first call resolution and make it easy for the customer. Develop and maintain complete product knowledge of all three lines (Auto, Homeowner and Umbrella) for NJ. Accurately enter and update policy information into the various processing systems and handle phone inquiries. Requirements for Call Center Representative: Excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and organizational skills. Must have 5+ years experience with call center Strong analytical and decision making skills. Excellent computer/data entry and math skills. High energy and motivation to follow up and take ownership.
