The Call Center Representative (Bilingual in Spanish) is responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and retention by providing customers, patients, and providers with accurate, timely, and helpful information.
The Call Center Rep provides responses to inquiries and resolves issues, continuing to build rapport and collaborative relationships with patients and partners.
This is a full-time position in Brea, CA (3020 Saturn St) and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Great work-life balance.

About the Role: Answer incoming and make outbound calls to patients, case managers, providers, insurance companies, etc.Interact courteously with patients and team members to develop and maintain positive, professional relationshipsInitiate contact with the appropriate personnel to obtain information relevant to the inquiry/concern as neededDetermine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve any issues and/or coordinate service recoveryProactively identify problems, escalate if/when appropriate, and provide effective solutionsReview customer profiles and coordinate prescription deliveriesConsistently maintain the privacy and confidentiality of patients' informationEnsure excellent customer service by demonstrating compassion, collaboration, and resourcefullnessMaintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment, including HIPAA trashPerform other related duties as assignedPerform in accordance with company policies and standardsEmbrace and perform in the spirit of the company's core values and goals About You: High school diploma or GEDPrevious work experience in customer service, call center and/or healthcare is a plusProficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsBilingual in Spanish requiredGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
)Strong customer service, interpersonal, and data entry skillsMust be able to multitask and stay calm and focused in a busy work environmentAble to maintain a high attention to detail and a high level of confidentialityResponsible and reliable with a track record of good attendanceMust have a reliable mode of transportation to get to our Brea pharmacy on a regular daily basisMust have a positive attitude, be energetic and flexible, have excellent phone etiquette, and provide exceptional customer service

Pay range: $16- $18 per hour, based on credentials and geographic location.
