Job Duties:
Make initial outbound calls to patients following a script that are enrolled to participate in a study (No Selling) For inbound calls: Will answer calls from messages left and will answer questions from a provided script. Data Entry Requirements:
Previous Call Center Experience Previous medical experience preferred Intermediate computer skills Basic to intermediate data entry experience Business casual / no shorts/ jeans are ok
Bilingual Preferred 19.00/hr
