Our client is a leading healthcare company with upcoming classes for Call Center Representatives local to Hillsboro, OR! This position will be fully remote, however, candidates MUST live local to Hillsboro, OR to attend orientation and equipment pickup on site the first day. No exceptions. Candidates must have availability to work 1st and 2nd shift during the week and on weekends. This is a 3-4 month temporary position, with potential to extend.

Responsibilities
Primary & Specialty Care Call Center Representatives
Schedule: Availability REQUIRED is 5am-8pm Sun-Sat.
40 hours per week/8 hour shifts, 5 days per week
Paid weekly ($21/hr)
Fully remote (MUST LIVE WITHIN 1-HOUR OF HILLSBORO, OR)
Assignment Duration: October 2024 - January 2025, could extend
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Receive incoming calls as an Operator: Transfers calls, directs to other departments, providing customer assistance while navigating computer applications, taking patient information, and multitasking
2+ years of call center experience preferred
2+ years of customer service experience required
Basic computer skills
Professionalism and Communication skills
HS Diploma/GED required
High speed, reliable internet (no wifi or hotspotting)
