We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adept at problem-solving, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and other issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members or departments when necessary.Provide information about company products and services, including promotions and offers.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and thorough responses.Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).Strong communication and listening skills, with a clear and professional phone manner.Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure.Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar software.
