Job Description:

Macy's is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or call center operations.

Responsibilities:
1. Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information on products or services, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
3. Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, promotions, and policies.
4. Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department or supervisor.
5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service level agreements and key performance indicators.
6. Documenting all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
7. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
8. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
3. Excellent problem-solving and research skills.
4. Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
