Job Description We are looking for a Call Center Representative for our client in Dublin!
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to members of the organization. Position Details: Direct Hire Opportunity$17-$20/hourSchedule: Flexibility required to cover weekday shifts between 8AM and 6PM and rotating Saturdays 9AM to 1PMIn office position Benefits: Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid time off and paid holidays401(k) with company matchTuition Reimbursement Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for members and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerIdentify and troubleshoot member issues, and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve problems and ensure member satisfactionMaintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the organization's databaseMonitor member feedback and report trends and issues to senior managementParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and CRM systemsKnowledge of membership management best practices and trendsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
