Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our Miami office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently. Your role is essential in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
Record customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up on customer calls and ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in using computer systems and databases.
