Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing information, answering inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, maintain records, and update databases as needed.
Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company services and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow-Up: Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved issues and providing timely updates.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet performance goals and improve processes.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
Benefits: Salary range: $38,000 - $48,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
