Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:00pm - 9:00pm
Compensation: $16/hourly + Uncapped Commission
Yearly Compensation: $31,000-$100,000 +

Essentials Duties & Responsibilities: · Proactively reach out to prospective customers within the designated market area through phone calls and other communication channels.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Understand and promote our products or services to potential clients.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.
· Document lead information accurately, process and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
Candidate Requirements: · Previous experience in lead qualification, telemarketing, or inside sales is required.
· Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
· Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve targets
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
