Job Description:Nordstrom is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Entry Level position with no prior experience required, this part-time role offers the opportunity to build valuable skills in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and orders2. Providing exceptional customer service by resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions4. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues5. Collaborating with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience6. Demonstrating effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently7. Project management to ensure completion of assigned tasks within established deadlines8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards in service delivery
