Call Center- Telehealth ClinicianFT, PT, and PRN Positions AvailableThe Role Itself Coordinates care with interdisciplinary teams and external providers and updates treatment team on clinical information.Actively communicates within HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 guidelines, documenting interactions.Completes level of care assessments and ASAM documentation via telehealth.
