As a Call Taker/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and drivers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Manage the day-to-day functions of our drivers by dispatching, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with themImplement our quality-driven process to exceed our customers' expectationsEnsure our operations plan is followed and report any deviations to the customer in a timely mannerMentor drivers as needed by setting clear expectations regarding safety, compliance, and on-time performanceProvide exceptional customer service to our drivers and customersMust be able to think out of the boxSkills of a Call Taker/CSR:
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quicklyKnowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word is requiredEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to run a multi-line phone system with numerous inbound and outbound phone callsAbility to calmly handle and resolve driver disputesAbility to work with two computer screens and multiple computer software programs simultaneously
