Location: Washington, DC - Hybrid

Status: Exempt; Full time

Salary Range: $55,000 - $62,000

Position Summary

The Hub Project is looking to add a mission-driven Campaign Associate to our abortion campaigns team.
The Campaign Associate will work with The Hub's abortion campaigns team to execute innovative, strategic, and effective programs nationally and in our target states.
In this role, you will be responsible for working with team members to support outreach to progressive partners and organizations and a network of highly engaged personal abortion storytellers and advocates, while working with the program's internal and external team members to organize and advance program goals and objectives.
The right person for this role is team-oriented, able to prioritize multiple competing deadlines, highly organized, and able to assist team members in building key campaign partnerships.

As Campaign Associate, you'll
Assist in the planning and execution of the abortion campaign team's national and in-state programming, which may include but are not limited to events, press conferences, rallies, round tables, and bus tours.Support outreach and communications to progressive partners and a network of personal abortion storytellers and advocates.Schedule meetings with stakeholders and progressive partners to build, sustain, and strengthen relationships that will facilitate abortion advocacy programming.Assist in writing and editing campaign materials, including but not limited to internal memos, external partner updates, and press materials.
Coordinate campaign operating systems in conjunction with the Deputy Campaign Director.Be a point of contact for internal team members and external partners to track and manage deadlines and approvals processes for key campaign deliverables.Work with the Finance team, external vendors, and campaign team leadership to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely manner and invoices are accurate, paid on time, and in alignment with overall plans.

Preferred Experience
1-2 years of experience on a political campaign, in an advocacy organization, at a public affairs firm, or on Capitol Hill.

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for employees (and their families).
Employees are able to enroll in 401k retirement plan and are eligible for a 3% automatic contribution and up to a 3% employer match on 401k contributions.
Employees are also eligible for pre-tax transportation benefits.
Employees will receive 120 hours of vacation time, 80 hours of health leave, up to 2 days of casual leave, and 20 hours of volunteer leave annually.
Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Employees are eligible for 12 weeks of paid family and medical leave after 90-days of employment.
