Description
Campaign Associates are responsible for fundraising efforts and engagement with in-person and virtual workplace campaigns, coordinating and executing upon all related activities for 20-30 corporate partners, and assisting in cultivating long-term relationships.
This position is a temporary position within United Way of Greater Atlanta that supports corporate accounts in the NW Regions (Cobb, Cherokee, Douglas and Paulding counties).
Selected candidate will be employed from November 2024 through February 2025.
The Campaign Associate role is also responsible for presenting United Way of Greater Atlanta's (UWGA) message to potential and current donors, both individually, virtually, and in group settings; analyzing past performance of accounts; executing strategies to improve fundraising results; tracking, reporting, and auditing results; serving as the United Way link for corporate senior management, community engagement leads (CELs) and community partners; along with other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties Strategy: Strategize with account supervisor to develop a fundraising plan for each account based upon targeted research and Corporate Social Responsibility focus at each company.
Account Management: Manage assigned account portfolio with a focus on raising revenue and exceeding goals in company campaigns.
Assist with Research for dormant and lapsed accounts Work closely and collaboratively with Corporate Engagement Leads to plan & implement workplace campaigns.
Closely monitor account portfolio to ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner, with strong attention to customer service.
Ensure fundraising results are audited before CA tenure is complete.
Office of Development: Clearly articulate the mission and value of United Way's Child Well-Being Agenda Data and Reporting: Strong attention to detail with a focus on updating campaign and individual donor information in CRM including, but not limited to, corporate contact(s), employee count, UWGA involvement, company processing information, campaign best practices, campaign start/end dates, etc.
Job SpecificationsBachelor's Degree required.
Must be a self-starter and hold the ability/willingness to respond to changing circumstances and expectations readily in a flexible work environment.
Ability to plan strategically, organize priorities, multi-task, design approaches, and close commitments.
Must be proficient in technology, including but not limited to, Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience using a CRM platform a plus.
Ability to achieve and/or exceed predetermined goals.
Ability to analyze data for discovery and planning purposes.
Ability to maintain accurate records within CRM database management system.
Comfortable with frontline fundraising.
Strong communication, presentation, speech & interpersonal skills.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills.
Use of personal vehicle required.
Status/Hours: Temporary Position with Full-Time hours each week (37.5 hours), 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional early morning, night & weekend requirements.
In-office twice per week (Monday & Wednesday).
Duration of Position: November 2024 - February 2025
Pay: $20.60 Hourly
