APTS is searching for a Campus Coordinator.
Full-time Monday through Friday.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Direct supervision of the Administrative Specialist(s), and Assistant Coordinator(s) to include: Coordinates and manage staff work schedules and attendance records Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the administrative specialists and assistant coordinators Oversee the visitor experience for staff, students, and visitors.
Ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the school, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character Responds to a variety of inquiries from internal and external parties (e.g.
staff, parents, students, public agencies, etc.)
for the purpose of providing information, facilitating communication among parties and/or providing direction.
Coordinates schedules, meetings and activities for the purpose of supporting administrator/department staff with operational activities Prepare written correspondence, billing invoices, event coordination, filing and other clerical duties Student record management Maintains a wide variety of files and records (manual/computer; confidential/non-confidential) for the purpose of providing documentation in accordance with VDOE and VAISEF standards Requirements
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalency, Associate's degree from an accredited Institution of higher learning preferred; minimum one-year experience in an office environment required.
