US Consumer Services:This team is responsible for American Express' suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, innovative banking services and products, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining andResybusinesses, and best-in-class marketing programs. The team's?strategy is to build a strong premium Card business differentiated by Membership, which is brought to life by connecting our Card Members to what they love.??
How will you make an impact in this role:
We'relooking for a graduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as aSummerStrategy & AnalyticsManager Intern.
Broadly the rolemayentail some of the below listed responsibilities:
Leverage sophisticated data sources to extract relevant data. Conduct strategic analyses to inform business decisions and practical recommendations.
Communicate analytics-based insights to partners.
Develop and automate reports/dashboards to inform partners and senior leaders.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in full-time graduate degree program
Students must have a graduation date between December 2025and June 2026
Experience manipulating and extracting business/customer insights from large and complex datasets. Strong programming skills arerequired(SQL, SAS, R, PYTHON, HIVE, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for improving end-to-end customer experience, innovation and customer firstthinking.
Strongcuriosity aboutdigital space and ability to collaborate with technology and productpartners.
Ambitiousthinker who's organized,hasphenomenalattention to detail, and can multi-task while stilltaking into accountthe big picture.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills – must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complexissues.
Demonstrated ability to workoptimallyand collaboratively in high pressure situations andbalancemultiple priority assignments simultaneously – must be aself-starter.
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Willingness to learn and master newsystems.
Knowledge of MS Office applicationsrequired.
Salary Range: $38.45 to $87.00 hourly + sign-on bonus
