Campus Recruiting PartnerOur Human Resources team in New York is growing and Campus Recruiting is one of our key areas of focus. As a Campus RecruitingPartnerat Millennium, you willfocuson supporting our intern recruiting strategy, including how and where we engage with Universities and designing the internship program across multiple offices. This will require you to partner closely with different departments across Millennium to ensure an outstanding experience for our interns and managers. In order to be successful you will need to provide innovative ideas, maintain clear lines of communication with the business and candidates. If this sounds like an exciting opportunity, we'd love to hear from you!Principal ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidatesBuild new relationships with universities, including students and facultyManage the planning and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting eventsHelp develop strong relationships with all candidates and new hires through the recruiting processAct as the main point of contact for managers throughout recruiting process and summer programsDetermine metrics for program success and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basisQualifications/Skills RequiredStrong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processesAbility to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leadersExcellent skills in attracting/retaining talent, strong verbal and written communication skillsProven track record working with campus conferences, events and campus recruiting channelsMinimum of 2 years Campus/University recruiting experienceExperience with candidate tracking using Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Millennium pays a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated base salary range for this positionis $70,000 to $160,000,which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual'sexperience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
