We're seeking someone to join our team as a Futures specialist in Wealth Management Operations to provide services and management oversight in connection with the introduced futures customers at MS&Co. The Team is the single point of contact for questions around all orders, margin calls, and day-to-day management of their clients' futures accounts. The Team acts as a liaison between the Financial Associates (FA) and ISG Product Operations (MS&Co). The Team is responsible for Margin Settlement, Trade Capture & Allocation, Deliveries, and Option Expirations. 
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is an Associate level position level position within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What you'll do in the role:
- Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team
- Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements
- Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output
- Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution
- Understands risk implications of futures operations role
- Ensures all functions and procedures are performed in a timely and correct manner, i.e. trade checkout, position reconciliation, account reconciliation
- Work with trading desk, sales, and other operations group to ensure trade processing
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, and address non-standard issues within area of expertise with minimal guidance and supervision
- Subject matter expertise in business area supported, client requirements, and ability to ensure control is not compromised to comply with client requests

- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and precision in trade processing and settlement
- At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Salary range for the position: $50,000-$80,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
