You Will
>PMO-focus:
o Support cyclical planning sessions and own execution dashboard and status tracker
o Coordinate with key stakeholders across Risk and Finance to ensure deadlines are met, and assist with risk/ issue resolution
o Support change management/ process enhancements, control, and governance-related initiatives
o Assist in the production and coordination of presentations for Firm senior management and steering committees
Department Profile
The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firm's books and records, and by contributing to firm wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community.
Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team. Our employees support numerous activities such as Product Controllership, Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, Regulatory Reporting, Digitization, Business Management, Capital Requirements and Sourcing / Vendor Management.
The Capital Team manages the Firm's long-term capital resources on a global basis. The Team develops policies regarding equity capital requirements, capital structure, dividends and stock repurchases; promotes the optimal use of Firm capital while ensuring compliance with regulatory and Firm capital requirements; provides strategic analysis and guidance around issues and transactions with capital implications; and co-ordinates capital stress testing for the Firm and its U.S. bank subsidiaries.
The Capital Program Management and Transformation team sits within the Capital team and has two primary responsibilities. Firstly, the Program Management arm is responsible for monitoring, reporting on and facilitating the execution of Morgan Stanley's CCAR submissions and internal Quarterly Stress Tests (QSTs). This includes, but is not limited to, serving as the primary liaison between Capital Planning and various internal and external participants / stakeholders involved in CCAR and QSTs. Secondly, the Transformation arm is responsible to lead digital and infrastructural transformation of critical Capital Planning processes, including reporting platform renovation, business process reengineering, workflow management system tooling, and productivity suite adoption.
This critical supporting role in the group serves to provide project and program management competency, as well as to drive human-centric design and journey management throughout the transformation process. The role is highly visible and will interact with senior leadership and multiple functions across the Firm.

You Have
>Minimum 3 years of professional experience in financial services or management consulting
>Bachelor's degree
>Proven track record of great teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries
>Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and accuracy is essential
>Excellent organizational skills
>Strong communication skills, both oral and written are essential, as the successful candidate will be dealing with clients and our partners across the various divisions
>Aptitude to multitask, and work in a fast changing, dynamic environment
>Strong technical skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
>Regulatory reporting and/ or CCAR experience is a plus

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $105,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
