Job Duties Prepares patients for cardiac catheterization, PCI, pacemaker and other cardiac proceduresOperates angiographic fluoro equipment as well as specialty auxiliary equipment including but not limited to Ultrasound, Acist, FFR, IVUS and shockwaveCompetent in scrubbing, circulating and monitoring patient hemodynamicsSupports physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac patients, critically thinking and working as a team to create best patient outcomesUpholds technical skills that will be in compliance with regulatory bodies, infection control practices and all policies and procedures in placeWorks cohesively in a team environment to accomplish the same goalExercises skilled judgement in applying professional knowledge with problem solvingServes as a resource for additional staff needing trainingPossesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter pertaining to the Cardiac cath lab and beyondOther duties as assigned.
