Job PostingCardiologist - Red Rock Clinic Position Summary:
The Cardiologist is responsible for providing comprehensive patient-centered care for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic cardiovascular disease to adult patients primarily in the outpatient setting. This position requires strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills as well as the ability to build relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Basic Qualifications: Education:
Medical degree (MD, DO) from an accredited institution required.
Successful completion of a residency program in Cardiology required.
Successful completion of a fellowship program preferred.Experience:
Minimum of one (1) year experience in Cardiology preferred.Required Licensure/Certification(s):
Unrestricted New Mexico State Medical License
Federal DEA Certification
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Cardiology required. Expectation is Board Certification within two years of hire.
Current ACLS and/or BLS Certifications required.
Current PALS Certification required, if treating pediatric patients.Additional Information: Position Type: Full Time
