Full Time Hours: Flexible 4 day work week; 32 hours clinical 8 hours administrative Employed Average Patients seen: Carry a patient panel of a minimum of 1500 patients. - The provider will have a solid understanding of patient needs and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to co-manage primary care patients.Qualifications:- Must be eligible for or already hold an active Massachusetts license as a Physician Assistant.- Must maintain a current Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) and DEA registration.- Must apply for and be granted privileges at affiliated hospital(s).- Understanding of ambulatory family practice health care program administration and clinical operations preferred.- Experience with Patient Centered Medical Home model and concepts preferred.- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
