We are looking for an experienced *Sonographer* to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing echocardiograms and vascular studies, ensuring accurate diagnostic imaging for patient care. This role requires a deep understanding of sonographic procedures and patient interaction, along with a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.Key Responsibilities:* Perform echocardiograms and vascular studies using advanced ultrasound equipment* Conduct diagnostic ultrasound examinations to capture images of various body parts or systems* Prepare patients for procedures, providing clear explanations and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process* Maintain precise and accurate patient records and documentation of all procedures performed* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to analyze, interpret, and discuss ultrasound images for diagnostic evaluation* Follow established protocols and guidelines for performing sonographic examinations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards* Monitor and assess patient vital signs and condition during procedures to ensure their well-being* Keep ultrasound equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptlyQualifications:* Minimum of 1 - 2 *years of experience* as a Sonographer, specializing in echocardiography and vascular studies* Strong proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, with expertise in diagnostic evaluation* Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control practices* Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures and the ability to interpret results* Ability to assess and monitor patient conditions during procedures* Completion of an accredited Sonography program* *ARDMS RDCS* or *RCS CCI* certification required* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare teamWhat We Offer:* Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing education* A supportive and dynamic team environment focused on patient care excellence*To Apply:* Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourMedical Specialty:* CardiologySchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
