We are seeking a Cardiovascular Sonography Instructor to:
Follow the School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography CAAHEP accredited curriculum, educate, and grade students enrolled in the School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Ensure that students are well prepared for the following certification examinations conducted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers: Sonographic Principles and Instrumentation (SPI); Adult Echocardiography (RDCS, AE); Pediatric Echocardiography (PE), and Vascular Technology (RVT). Bring your excitement about education, willingness to continue researching education methodologies, and keep current with the newest sonographic technologies. At UW Health, you will have :

Minimum -
• Bachelor's Degree
• Graduate of an accredited 2-year certificate program in diagnostic medical sonography
Preferred - Baccalaureate Degree in Education or another relevant field Work Experience :
Minimum - Three (3) years full-time professional experience as an adult echo and vascular sonographer
Preferred - Five (5) years full-time professional experience as an adult echo and vascular sonographer Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - ARDMS, RDCS (Adult Echocardiography) RDCS (Pediatric Echocardiography), and RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) OR
CCI, RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) RVS (Registered Vascular Sonographer) and RCCS (Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer)
