Our work depends on Care Delivery Advisors joining our team to provide subject matter expertise for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs related to payment model implementation, monitoring and evaluation support. This role ensures CMS is developing evidence-based clinical care delivery requirements for advanced payment models and optimizing quality of care.
The Care Delivery Advisor will advise on approaches to implementing, monitoring and evaluating care delivery approaches for CMS' innovative payment models. HOW A CARE DELIVERY ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: Engage, develop and cultivate client relationships through policy consultation and thought leadership.
Lead payment model operations and technical assistance activities, including analytics to inform model operations.
Advise on operations support, analytics and policy analysis related to CMS payment models.
Produce clinical expertise related to payment model requirements, monitoring approaches and evaluation techniques.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a project team
Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of clinical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CMS program experience. Experience with CMS payment models. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting. Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Ability to analyze and document clinical and technical standards. Effective organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and PDF documents. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and timely responses to customer inquiries. Ability and willingness to learn and follow processes. Ability to work as a member of an integrated team. Ability to work across a team of inter-disciplinary professionals. Excellent problem-solving skills including providing solutions and/or options to potential issues. Ability to maintain professional and ethical working relationships. The likely salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
