Job Overview:Omatochi is actively seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Care Manager to join our team.
In this non-medical role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and overseeing support services for our clients.
The Care Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure our clients receive the assistance and resources needed to improve their quality of life.
