Responsibilities
• Assist residents in activities of daily living• Provide emotional support and companionship• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs• Promote open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and staff
Requirements
• Positive team player attitude• Good verbal and written communication skills• Current caregiver training/certification or willingness/ability to obtain• Valid CNA or HCA license in the state of WA• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain• Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is a plus• High School Diploma or equivalent
Key Skills Needed
